Interactions for Peace (I4Peace) Founder and Executive Director, Eden Steele, M.S., Ed.S., has been actively involved in the field of education for over 40 years as an author, teacher and administrator. Eden has taught all grade levels, pre-school through university, and retired from public education as a Principal. Her expertise in peace education began when she founded the first Peace Patrol© in 1989. Today I4Peace Peace Patrols are found around the world, including Kenya. Her vision for peace has come to life with the development of additional curriculum, activities and programs for people of all ages, such as I4Peace Beyond Bullying™. Eden leads workshops and seminars and actively collaborates with organizations, universities and schools worldwide. She is proud to be a member of the La Mesa Sunrise Rotary Club, and serves on the National Americorps*NCCC Advisory Board. Eden and her husband James, live in Chula Vista, CA.
