Marga is working with The John Ernest Foundation in the construction of a boarding school in Kanougou, Burkina Faso (West Africa) where she also helped fundraise and coordinate several Global Grants. Marga is a member of Rotary Club Chicago and a contributor to WASRAG (Water and Sanitation Rotary Action Group). She is Co-Chair of the "World Water Summit 8" that will take place in Seoul, Korea. Margarita is married to John Hewko, General Secretary of Rotary International.
