Nadezhda Papp was a deputy mayor of Magadan for social issues. She developed the twin-city relationships between Anchorage (Alaska, USA) and Magadan city (Russia). Charter-President of RC Magadan and RC “Moscow-East” then ADG in 1993, she established Rotary across Siberia and Russia’s Far East region into D5010. She was the first female Governor of Russia D2220. She's now ARC zone 15’s district trainer.
