Rebecca Weaver is a fifteen-year veteran of business, specializing in human resources, leading and shaping both large and small organizations, including two Fortune 50 companies.  Rebecca is currently the Director of People Operations for the Downtown Project, an organization founded by Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh, that is focused on the revitalization of downtown Las Vegas. Downtown Project’s goal and purpose is to help make downtown Vegas a place of Inspiration, Entrepreneurial Energy, Creativity, Innovation, Upward Mobility, and Discovery.
