Ryan J. Railsback has been a police officer with the City of Riverside for 18 years.  He has worked a variety of assignments that included patrol, field training officer, tactical flight officer, school resource officer, gang intelligence unit, and bike team. He currently works in the Community Services Bureau as the juvenile diversion and intervention coordinator and press information officer. Ryan works with youth from at-risk to high achieving through the police department's youth programs.
