Shepha Schneirsohn Vainstein co-founded re:Generation, an organization that co-sponsors two pilot bi-cultural Waldorf kindergartens and a pilot Arab Waldorf school, all located in Israel.  reGeneration is planting sees for a Palestinian Waldorf early childhood teacher training in the West Bank.  She is a psychotherapist practicing in Los Angeles specializing in trauma recovery and personal empowerment.
