Born in India, Deepa Willingham’s parents fostered in her a keen sense of the importance of education. Attended Santa Barbara for graduate school; Career as an administrator at Cottage Hospital. Philanthropic endeavors: Rotary District 5240 Governor, 2010-11; Established a nonprofit corporation called Promise of Assurance to Children Everywhere (PACE) to meet the educational needs of girls in impoverished areas of India and elsewhere.
