Noal McDonald is a seasoned professional in human resources, who has worked with a broad range of companies and industries, both internally and in her own consulting practice, to create and implement HR strategies. Passionate about creating working environments that encourage everyone to thrive, she has developed mentoring programs, corporate university platforms, and evaluation processes that are collaborative and support personal growth. She is currently the COO for a public accounting firm and is responsible for all operational aspects of the firm, including Human Resources, IT, finance, facilities, training and development, marketing and strategic planning. This role requires implementing significant change management programs, building an infrastructure in technology and staffing, and creating individual coaching and leadership development programs.

As a co-author of Revolutionary Conversations – The Tools You Need for the Success You Want and Director of Education and Training for Revolutionary Conversations, LLC, she develops and delivers courses and workshops for individuals, corporations and strategic alliances, with a particular focus on Human Resources professionals, who want to enhance their professional skills, as well as bring the Tools into their organizations. Always focused on building individual and team strengths, she helps organizations develop cultures that will include the knowledge and abilities of people at all levels of the organization.

She holds a master’s degree in organizational management; is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); is a member of Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA) and the American Society for Talent Development (ATD).
